Know About Cold Weather Exercise Clothing
When the cold temperatures creep in, you need to have some quality clothes in your exercise attire to make workouts more pleasurable. Dressing effectively for cold weather means wearing layers, so you can add or remove clothing as activities and weather dictate. Generally, you want three layers: wicking, insulating, and weather protection.
If it is very cold, you may want to start with a light, sweat-wicking base layer to help keep you warm, even when you sweat. These lightweight silk long underwear bottoms are a great choice because they are light, thin and breathable. They also fit well under an outer layer, like wind pants. These can make your workouts a bit too hot, depending on the temperature.
Overdressing can show the way to more sweating than the suitable amount and layers would generate, and that sweating can cause the body to become wet and cold. In most cases, if dressed properly, one should feel slightly cold when starting to exercise.
